Shiba Inu is trading at $0.0000055 on Monday, and this support level could be tested in the coming days as 145.9 billion SHIB tokens have been moved to exchanges, signalling a potential sell-off. These tokens were moved on August 29, 2026, and the chances of them being dumped remain high. The inflows to exchanges don’t guarantee immediate sell-offs, but they signal a gradual process in hitting the exit button. The risk of a downturn is high, and an entry position into SHIB can prove hazardous.

The coming weeks could be a test for Shiba Inu’s price zone, as billions of tokens are likely to be liquidated. This could lead to a price drop, and the $0.0000055 floor could be tested. If buying activity remains strong this week, the price can stabilize. However, SHIB is now receiving no new influx of funds, and money from first-time investors has mostly dried up. Traders are looking elsewhere for profits, as the dog-themed token has been on the back foot for over three years.

Can Shiba Inu Still Rise From Here?

Yes, Shiba Inu can still rise from here if it attracts large buying pressure. In addition, if Shibarium burns billions of tokens every day, SHIB can fight off the selling pressure and scale up in value. Nonetheless, chances of these occurring in real time remain slim. Shibarium has burned more than 1 billion SHIB tokens in the three years since its launch in August 2023. The scale is very minimal, compared to what it was marketed to do before its launch.

The team had predicted that Shibarium could burn trillions of tokens each year and send tokens to the deal wallet. None of them turned out to be a reality, and traders are now paying the price of their lacklustre performance. Investors have been holding their bags for nearly half a decade now, and have not even seen a break-even in price. This has led to an erosion of trust in Shiba Inu, and not everyone is paying attention to it anymore.
