SafeMoon price may be stuck in a rut but there have been other events keeping the community going. For instance, recently, one of the largest centralized crypto exchanges, Coinbase offered insight to users on ‘How to buy SafeMoon’ which was fuel enough for the listing speculations.
Coinbase adds SafeMoon?
While the centralized exchange agrees that it was difficult to obtain SafeMoon it has not yet listed the token on its Coinbase app or Coinbase Wallet. It is only rare that Coinbase lists the coins that were driven by hype. People’s favorite Dogecoin had to wait a long time before the platform allowed trading of the meme coin.
Earlier when it was questioned over not listing Doge, the platform has noted the proliferation of alternative coins including Dogecoin and Binance Coin was a challenge because competitors were supporting them and Coinbase did not. Better late than never, Coinbase listened to the people and added enabled DOGE trading but will SafeMoon will see a similar fate?
Coinbase collecting Christmas wishes
While many have been speculating the listing to take place in 2022, some had extreme reactions.
Recently, the cryptocurrency exchange asked its followers about their wish list and many reverted asking to list SafeMoon or at least having a conversation.
A few others believed that this was no “coincidence” and Coinbase’s article could mean something in time, some were talking about leveling expectations.
SafeMoon V2 to the moon?
It has been more than a week since SafeMoon launched its highly anticipated V2. This release was followed up by a drastic rise in price by 11% within 24-hours. Whereas, the V1 version swiftly dropped in red and closed the 24-hour period registering a 15% loss.
As the project steps on to a new journey, only legitimate use cases and developments will drive it on prominent exchanges like Binance and Coinbase. Until then, the SafeMoon Community may have to patiently wait.
