Amazon stock (NASDAQ: AMZN) opened Friday’s trading session at $256 after falling by more than 1.5% the previous day. The e-commerce and cloud enterprise giant has remained range-bound this week with little to no price spurts. The wild swings are a rare occurrence in Q3 of 2026, and the development is testing investors’ patience.

On the heels of the ongoing price grind, equity research firm Evercore ISI has reiterated its price prediction for Amazon stock. The firm has predicted that AMZN could comfortably go above the $350 level and deliver double-digit returns to investors. Taking an entry level at the current levels would still be beneficial to investors, according to the estimates.

Mark Mahaney, the Senior Managing Director who heads Evercore’s Internet Research team, has reiterated Amazon’s stock price target. In a note sent to clients on Thursday (August 27, 2026), he urged institutional clients to begin their accumulation phase on AMZN. The analyst remains bullish on the equity and predicted that the ongoing price grind is the best buying opportunity.

Evercore ISI’s analyst Mark Mahaney predicts that Amazon stock could reach a price target of $355. That’s nearly a profit of $100 per share if traders take an entry position at today’s price. It also marks an uptick and return on investment (ROI) of approximately 39% from its current price. Therefore, an investment of $1,000 in AMZN could turn into $1,390 if the price prediction turns out to be accurate.

Mark Mahaney is a five-star-rated analyst with a success rate of 59.3%. Traders have earned an average return of 15.1% from its price predictions. He is also listed under the top 500 stock market analysts and is a respected name on Wall Street. Therefore, his Amazon stock price prediction can be taken seriously, as most of his projections have met the target.
