Binance Card has added Shiba Inu as supported crypto for payments worldwide. Binance Argentina was the most recent country to authorize the card. Now, it is accepted by over 90 million merchants worldwide.
Shiba Inu shared the news on Twitter early Friday morning. Users can earn up to 8% in crypto cashback on their purchases. The exact percentage depends on the user’s card level. Additionally, the Binance card can be used at all physical and online merchants that support Mastercard.
Argentina is the first Latin American country to support a cryptocurrency card, according to Binance. In addition to its launch in the country, Binance is offering a promotion for the first 5,000 people who apply for their card in the country. The first 5,000 users who apply for their Binance Card and make a successful transaction during the Activity Period will each qualify to receive a 5 BUSD token voucher.
This promotion only applies to users from Argentina who are over 18 years of age and enroll in the card on or after September 12, 2022.
