Crypto.com has announced new trading fee restructures on its platform, with up to 80% trading fee reductions. According to the site, you can now trade with as little as $1 USD, while attaining zero maker fees.
Crypto.com is making these reductions to “democratize cryptocurrency trading and enable Crypto.com Exchange users to get more out of their trades,” the platform’s team said in a Wednesday statement. In addition, the trading platform has also upgraded the Exchange itself, adding multiple new tools.
The following changes to the Crypto.com exchange and trading fees are now in effect:
- Trading fees now start from 0.075% and 0.034% for the Spot and Derivatives markets respectively. They require no minimum trading amount.
- The trading fee structures for VIPs and the Spot, Margin, and Derivative markets are now simplified. They are now easier to understand and advancing through the tiers is more straightforward.
- All traders can now attain 0% maker fees.
- The gap between maker and taker fees has been reduced, letting users trade on their own terms.
The trading fee reductions are in effect as of today, August 18. You can check out the full details of Crypto.com’s new reductions at their fees and limits site. The exchange platform also recently announced that it will be supporting the upcoming Ethereum merge in September to PoS.
