Donald Trump Holds $10 Million Worth of Cryptocurrencies, Says Arkham

Presidential candidate Donald Trump currently holds $10 million worth of cryptocurrencies, revealed analytics firm Arkham. The on-chain metrics firm published a report showing that the bulk of his holdings come from the TRUMP coin.

According to Arkham, Donald Trump holds $7.3 million worth of TRUMP coin which was given to him by the makers. Arkham’s on-chain tracking tool shows that the former president’s cryptocurrency holdings have surpassed the $10 million mark this week.

“BREAKING: Donald Trump now holds $10 million in cryptocurrencies,” tweeted Arkham. “Donald Trump’s on-chain holdings surpassed $10 million this morning, mainly fueled by the rise in the price of the TRUMP coin – of which Trump currently holds $7.3 million,” read the tweet.

The former president was against cryptocurrencies and Bitcoin during his time at the White House. However, Donald Trump has now taken a U-turn and openly advocated for cryptocurrencies this year. Trump accused Biden and Senator Elizabeth Warren of building an “anti-cryptocurrency army”.

In a recently released statement, the Trump campaign pledged that they intend to build a new “cryptocurrency army”. The statement read, “MAGA supporters, now with a new cryptocurrency option, will build a crypto army moving the campaign to victory on November 5th!”

In addition, Donald Trump’s presidential campaign now accepts leading cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin, Dogecoin, and Shiba Inu, among others. The campaign’s donation page read that we are “Ready to embrace new technologies that will Make America Great Again”.
