Filecoin: FIL Surges 55%, Can It Hit $9 This Weekend?

Filecoin (FIL) has witnessed a significant price spike over the last week. FIL has surged 5% in the daily charts, 32.8% in the weekly charts, 46.5% in the 14-day charts, and more than 55% over the previous month. However, the asset is still down by 11.8% since February 2023.

Filecoin’s (FIL) recent rally could be due to its integration with the Solana network. The project announced that it will host Solana’s block history from now on. The move will allow Solana-based projects to move away from centralized solutions. Solana (SOL) was among the best-performing cryptocurrencies of 2023, rallying by nearly 1000% at one point.

Will Filecoin (FIL) hit $9 this weekend?

According to CoinCodex, Filecoin (FIL) will continue its bullish momentum into March. However, the platform does not anticipate FIL to hit $9 this weekend. CoinCodex predicts FIL to reach $7.92 on Feb 25, 2024, a rise of about 4.49% from current levels. However, CoinCodex anticipates the asset to reach $9.17 on Mar. 21, 2024, a rise of almost 21% from current levels.

Changelly also does not anticipate Filecoin (FIL) to hit $9 this weekend. The platform predicts the token to hit $7.42 on Feb. 25, 2024. Moreover, Changelly does not expect FIL to reach $9 by March either, predicting a maximum price of $8.56 for the month. Reaching $8.56 from current levels would translate to a growth of about 12.9%.

Telegaon predicts FIL to hit a maximum price of $12.86 in 2024, a rise of nearly 70% from current levels. However, the platform does not clarify when FIL could reach this level.
