Last month, a prominent freelancing platform, LaborX revealed that it would integrate Shiba Inu as a medium of payment for freelancers. While the firm already supported an array of cryptocurrencies, SHIB was the latest one to join the list. As part of the latest inclusion, the platform had announced that it was working on a volunteer program involving Shiba Inu and the community.
Now, the firm went on to roll out its very first LaborX x SHIB volunteer task. As part of this, freelancers were required to curate Medium posts. The preferred topic was the use of Shiba Inu on LaborX’s blockchain jobs platform. Interested candidates would have to shed light on their freelancer, customer, or personal experiences.
What’s the use of this task you ask? The five best authors of the Shiba Inu Medium post would be awarded $400 each. The best articles will reportedly go up on the firm’s blog as well. This wasn’t all. Ten volunteers will amass a special NFT.
The task was started earlier today and would go on till 1 April 2022.
With a user base of 48K, LaborX is expected to revolutionize the freelancing industry with the inclusion of crypto.
