Truth Social’s Bitcoin ETF is moving forward as NYSE Arca filed with the SEC on Tuesday seeking to list the Truth Social Bitcoin and Ethereum ETF. Truth Social Bitcoin ETF Faces SEC Scrutiny and Crypto Split Risks

The Truth Social Bitcoin ETF represents the second filing from Trump Media ETG in less than a month. TMTG, which is majority-owned by President Donald Trump, has accelerated its Bitcoin ETH allocation strategy through regulated investment vehicles. This crypto ETF approval filing follows the Bitcoin-only Trump BTC ETF that was submitted in early June.

Crypto.com Partnership Manages ETF Operations
TMTG and Yorkville America have partnered with Crypto.com to manage the Truth Social Bitcoin ETF infrastructure. Crypto.com will provide digital asset custody, execution services, and also liquidity operations for the fund.
NYSE Arca stated in the SEC filing:
“The Exchange believes that the proposed rule change is designed to prevent fraudulent and manipulative acts and practices in that the shares will be listed and traded on the exchange under the initial and continued listing criteria in NYSE.”
The proposal follows the SEC’s 19b-4 rule change process for new financial products. This NYSE Arca SEC filing represents a key regulatory milestone for the Trump BTC ETF, though approval isn’t guaranteed at this time.
Political Support Shifts Crypto ETF Approval Landscape

The SEC’s crypto stance has evolved under Trump’s administration, with appointees who are sympathetic to crypto market development. Trump Media ETG benefits from this shifting regulatory environment for its Bitcoin ETH allocation strategy right now.
President Trump has transformed from cryptocurrency critic to supporter, calling digital assets instruments of “financial freedom” during recent appearances. This political support strengthens the crypto ETF approval prospects for the Trump BTC ETF at the time of writing.
