Dog-inspired meme coins have been taking over the crypto-verse and Shiba Inu [SHIB] is a front runner. Even though Dogecoin [DOGE] was the first meme coin to enter the crypto market, SHIB managed to emerge as the face of the meme coin space. Now, as the meme coin was amassing fans a politician seems to have stumbled upon it.
Arizona has been on the news a lot, lately. From its crypto-friendly bill to State Senator, Wendy Rogers’ take on different crypto assets, Arizona was trying to be a part of the crypto space. More recently, Rogers expressed her thoughts on the popular meme coin, Shiba Inu.
In one of her latest tweets, Rogers was extending love to the Shiba Inu community. She even went on to call the SHIB Army positive. Her tweet read,
Following Rogers’ decision to push Bitcoin as a legal tender in Arizona, an array of communities began pitching their cryptocurrency to the State Senator. Similarly, the Shiba Inu community did its part. SHIB Army was the only community that seems to have stood out for Rogers.
Previously, the State Senator had commented about both, Dogecoin as well as Shiba Inu. As she was rooting for Bitcoin, she decided to sideline the other coins. She stated,
“I don’t understand the SHIB. I don’t understand the Doge. But I do understand freedom. People should be able to buy whatever digital coins they want. Even if they aren’t as good as #Bitcoin.”
Regardless of this, she was seen admiring the Shiba Inu community.
Turkish Exchange, Bitexen onboards Shiba Inu
SHIB has been trying to reign over the entire globe. Now, the Doge-rival had reached Turkey. The meme coin managed to bag a spot on Bitexen along with five other cryptocurrencies.
Riding the bearish wave, just like every other coin in the market, SHIB was trading for $0.00002045 with a 5.56% fall over the last 24-hours.
