The Shiba Inu community is in for a treat as Shytoshi Kusuma tweeted a new announcement that can get them early access to land in the SHIB Metaverse.
Yes, you heard it right. SHIBARMY can get early access to the lands by locking LEASH or SHIBOSHIS at Shib.io.
About LEASH in a nutshell
The idea for $LEASH was conceived in 2021, at the same time as ShibaSwap, the project’s decentralized exchange.
$LEASH was designed to incentivize liquidity providers (LP) on the exchange alongside $BONE. By purchasing or staking LEASH, one can acquire xLEASH tokens and join the xLEASH/ETH liquidity pool.
Now users can use the Leash Locker or Shiboshis locker feature to get early access to SHIB land.
How to reserve your piece of land in the SHIB?
Shiba Inu users can visit Shib.io and use the locker feature from the homepage. You can set the LEASH limit that you want to lock, starting from 0.2 to 5. This will give you access to the map. The tool will also act as an early entry for users to bid and purchase land.
The first phase release has two stages: the BID event and the HOLDER event. The LEASH locker will provide you with early access to both stages.
The SHIBOSHI locker feature works in a similar fashion. Users can lock their SHIBOSHI NFT and gain early access to the first phase release stages. The locking period starts from 45 days to 90 days.
The three sales events
The sales events are classified into three main events: the Bid event, the holder’s event, and the public sale.
- Bid event (72 Hours): This special first event will allow participants to compete in a three-day (72-hour) bidding war for their selected property parcels. This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to reserve the first batch of lands ahead of the rest of the users.
- Holders event (7 days): During this stage, $LEASH and SHIBOSHI holders will be able to acquire lands at a predetermined price for each Tier of land without having to bid. The event will continue for seven days and be available immediately after the original bidding event concludes.
- Public sale (open for all): In this stage, users will be allowed to acquire the remaining lands without any limits, locking period, or other specified criteria during this last stage. To purchase a land plot, you do not need to utilize the LEASH or SHIBOSHI Locker, nor do you need to own any Shiba ecosystem tokens.
