Wall Street Analyst Buys Shiba Inu: Says Happy It Outperformed Bitcoin

After Bitcoin climbed above the $65,000 mark this week, Wall Street Financial Analyst Linda Jones took to Twitter saying that her investment firm also purchased tokens such as Shiba Inu, Dogecoin, and Kaspa. The author of the financial self-help book ‘3 Steps to Quantum Wealth‘ revealed that she is happy that Shiba Inu outperformed Bitcoin in this ongoing bull run.

For the uninitiated, Shiba Inu surged in price by nearly 190% in the last 30 days, while Bitcoin spiked only 52%. This isn’t the first time that SHIB outperformed Bitcoin in the cryptocurrency market. In early 2023, Shiba Inu outpaced Bitcoin, Ethereum, and the Nasdaq 100 Index delivering stellar profits to investors.

Jones, who is a vocal proponent for Ripple’s XRP, confirmed that her investment arm also owns Shiba Inu and Dogecoin. “Yes, I am a huge fan of XRP. But in the ‘Be Wealthy & Smart VIP Experience’ we also invest in other cryptos. Three of our investments are in the Top 10 Performers year-to-date. And it gives me great joy that so far all of them are outperforming Bitcoin,” she tweeted.

Investors who took an entry position into SHIB early this year have seen their investments jump close to 190%. Therefore, an investment of $10,000 made in SHIB in January 2024 turned into $29,000 in March. That’s a return on investment (ROI) of approximately three times the invested price in just two months.
