Thanks to a new partnership, the famed Wendy’s fast food restaurant now accepts Shiba Inu (SHIB) as a means of payment. Moreover, the partnership between the beloved meme coin and Binance Pay means the token can be used for purchases at more than 600 different vendors in the state of Georgia.

Binance announced the partnership that has now made Shina Inu an acceptable means of payment at a host of major hotels, supermarkets, and restaurants in the state. Subsequently, the crypto payment gateway has created a brand new way to spend digital assets.

In the cryptocurrency industry, there are few communities as strong as the SHIB Army. Specifically, the popular meme coin has been known for its committed collective of adopters who burn the token and maintain optimism for its future place in the financial sector.

Now, that hope has begun to take shape, as Wendy’s fast food restaurant now accepts Shiba Inu (SHIB) as a means of payment. Similarly, a partnership with Binance Pay means a meme coin is an acceptable form of payment at 600 different vendors in the state of Georgia.

Binance announced a partnership between Binance Pay and CityPay.io, a crypto gateway in the state of Georgia. Thus, Shiba Inu holders can now, “Not only secure Wendy’s with crypto but also spend at more than 600 other vendors, including major hotels, restaurants, and supermarkets.”

Binance Pay is a crypto payment system developed by the exchange platform to help digital assets be adopted for more mainstream use. Thereafter, in November of 2022, Shiba Inu was added to the list of cryptocurrencies supported by the system. Additionally, Cardano (ADA), Bitcoin (BTC), and Ethereum (ETH) are supported.
