SanDisk stock (NASDAQ: SNDK) opened Tuesday’s trading session at $1,766 and has risen nearly 13% in five days. It went from a low of $1,569 to its current level, generating decent gains for investors. SNDK is among the most sought-after equities in the market as it supplies critical high-bandwidth memory (HBM) to AI data centers. Its products are in high demand worldwide, and revenues are flowing in the billions. This makes the leading equity a promising buy, as the demand and upside potential are higher.

In a note to clients sent on Monday (September 21, 2026), the analyst urged institutional funds to begin taking an entry position in SNDK. The Rosenblatt Securities analyst has given SanDisk stock a price target of $2,400 in the latest prediction. That’s an uptick and return on investment (ROI) of nearly 35% from its current price of $1,766. Therefore, an investment of $1,000 could turn into $1,350 if the forecast turns out to be accurate.

Rosenblatt Securities highlighted the AI industry’s shift towards high-density inference storage, and SanDisk stock directly benefits from the transition. Data center operators require ultra-high-density enterprise SSDs to prevent data bottlenecks. The company’s enterprise storage is perfectly positioned to fill in the gaps as demand surges. This also gives the HBM manufacturer a higher valuation as sales and revenues increase.

AI-related stocks have been reaching new highs and are bouncing back after every dip. An influx of money is being poured in after a decline in value, making the comeback stronger. Critical hardware layers are seeing an increased demand in data centers to operate the plant. All of these pave the way for SanDisk stock to benefit and rise on the charts. An investment in SNDK now could be beneficial as it is on track to reach $2,400, according to Rosenblatt Securities.
