A Twitter user recently brought attention to the fact that the Cardano founder has mentioned rollups or a rollup strategy twice in YouTube videos this year. The user further inquired about the specific project to which he was referring.

In an AMA held in April, Hoskinson hinted at the potential release of ZK-rollups on ADA, mentioning that there is an intriguing and well-thought-out plan in the works. As a response to the tweet, Hoskinson stated that the sidechains project requires it. He also added that the team is implementing it on a very aggressive schedule. Additionally, Hoskinson also mentioned that midnight will be the first user.
