Bybit Collaborates With Mastercard to Launch Crypto Debit Card

Cryptocurrency exchange Bybit has announced a new partnership with Mastercard. The collaboration is part of a long list of partnerships for the payments giant. Recently, Mastercard also collaborated with Latin American cryptocurrency exchange Bitso to launch a debit card in Mexico. The payments giant had also recently collaborated with Belo, Binance, and numerous other firms.

According to the details from the recent press release, Bybit is launching the “Bybit card” in partnership with Mastercard.

Bybit cards will be available in Europe and UK

The debit card will be powered by Mastercard, which will also allow users to convert cryptocurrency to fiat, withdraw cash from ATMs, and make purchases. The details from the press release revealed that the card will be available for clients in eligible countries in the UK and Europe.

“Initially, Bybit Card will be available for a selection of blue-chip cryptocurrencies, namely, BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, and XRP.” Depending on the user’s country of residence, the assets will be converted to either GBP or EUR.

“Bybit users will be able to access and manage their funds faster, more securely, and more conveniently. By launching Bybit Card, we are creating a full 360-degree journey for our users, offering next-level reliability, products, and opportunities,” said Ben Zhou, co-founder, and CEO.
