Do Kwon sentenced to 4 months in jail
Terra’s boss has received a four-month jail sentence from a Montenegrin court after being convicted of document forgery.
The court in the capital city of Podgorica ruled that, as part of the verdict, two Costa Rican passports, two Belgian passports, and two identity cards associated with Kwon and Han were seized.
Senior prosecutor Dan Sunghan had earlier stated that Do Kwon may face a substantial prison sentence. He stated that it could potentially span a significant portion of his life. The prosecutor clarified that it is legally permissible for an individual to be tried and sentenced in both jurisdictions for distinct charges.
