Exclusive: Venezuelan Doctor Accepts Shiba Inu as Payment For In-person & Online Consultation

Dr. José Antonio Carvajal from Venezuela announced accepting Shiba Inu as a form of payment for consultation services to patients. The doctor who specializes in biological and orthomolecular medicine revealed that SHIB will be accepted for both in-person and online consultation.

Watcher Guru contacted Dr. José for a confirmation and he revealed that patients can choose payment methods of their choice. The payment options include the traditional fiat currency, credit and debit cards, and cryptocurrency. At present, Shiba Inu is the only crypto being accepted at the clinic and might see additions in the coming months.

Dr. José stated that the medical field must adapt to the new financial technology and cater to all sects of people. ”As part of the advances in the field of medicine, health professionals must adapt not only to these changes but also to everything related to financial technology to obtain various benefits, including facilitating user access to our services,” he said exclusively to Watcher Guru.

He also revealed that clinics and hospitals must remain “Attentive to new possibilities for individual development and that of our companies.”

When asked why he accepts only Shiba Inu as payment service, Dr. José said, “Shiba Inu is a very interesting project and is getting accepted as payment by businesses around the world. That is why I decided to incorporate Shiba Inu as a payment method for any of the medical services that we are offering.”

The doctor is confident that the future of finances will be cryptocurrencies and Venezuela will sooner or later adopt it. “In Venezuela, we have a great influence of cryptocurrencies in the market at any scale,” he said.

Shiba Inu in the Medical Field

On Sunday, an ambulance service in Turkey named Vita Plus announced accepting SHIB as a form of payment. A spokesperson from the firm confirmed exclusively to Watcher Guru that the ambulance service is “valid for international patient transfers”.

The development comes at a time when rumors are doing the rounds that former Economy Minister of Turkey, Mustafa Elitaş held a meeting with the Shiba community. The minister discussed prospects of considering SHIB as legal tender to protect the country from inflation.

At press time, Shiba Inu was trading at $0.00002242 and is up +2.8% in the 24-hours day trade. The token is up a whopping +36,431.4% since the last 365-trading days delivering handsome returns to early investors.
