Currently, BlackRock and VanEck are already advertising their Spot Bitcoin ETFs after the Google policy change. The new policy states that Google will allow products as “advertisers offering cryptocurrency CoinTrsuts targeting the United States.” However, that definition is not as specific as some may have hoped. Yet, it appears as though all 11 of the newly approved Bitcoin investment offerings will be able to advertise on the platform.

With two of the largest Spot Bitcoin ETF issuers already making use of the change, more are expected to follow. Subsequently, other crypto-related products that fall under the designation that Google has put forth should be rushing to similar advertising opportunities. Ultimately, it should have a massive impact on the reach and prevalence of Bitcoin and the industry as a whole.
