The OpenAI search engine will integrate the company’s GPT language model into web searches. This allows questions to be asked and answered while using the platform. Moreover, they have announced publication partnerships to build the SearchGPT experience.

Google has embraced AI integration throughout this year, with SearchGPT looking like a worthy challenger. In February of last year, Microsoft’s Bing search engine announced ChatGPT integration. Now, it looks like OpenAI is taking the project in its own hands. It should provide an experience even more focused on GPT capabilities.
