On Wednesday, it was reported that SaitaMask’s latest update was enabled and fully operational on android devices. However, later during the day, the same was made available even for iOS devices.
Announcing the same in one of their latest releases, Saitama noted,
“As of this early afternoon, the iOS and Android updates are live. Version 1.11.1 can be downloaded on the App Store and the Google Play Store, respectively.”
Nonetheless, the launch of SaitaRealty on SaitaMask Swap has been pushed to 4 March, owing to the community poll results. The same is scheduled to happen at 5:00 PM EST on Friday.
Saitama went on to state that it will “need advise” from the Wolfpack and asked users to continue sharing details if they encountered any bugs or errors. Giving a sense of surety from their end, Saitama’s notice highlighted,
“Our team of engineers will continue to make improvements to the app to better our user experience.”
They also stated that the team wanted to give users ample time to familiarize themselves with SaitaMask, download the latest update, import wallets, and feel confident that they can transact within their trading platform at the time of the launch.
Complaints continue to mount
Quite similar to android users’ user experience, even iOS users had experienced something similar. While a few of them appreciated the team efforts, the rest resorted to laying down their list of complaints.
Sharing the screenshot that highlighted “please try again in a few minutes,” a particular user with the username @JayWhopper on Twitter tweeted,
“OS not working. Wallet amount shows “undefined error” and at bottom of app it says what’s in the attached photo… I also cannot log out :(“
Other iOS users from across the globe—right from Texas to the UK—also reported such a discrepancy.
