The Shiba Inu [SHIB] community has been eagerly awaiting the launch of its collectible card game. Over the last couple of months, the network has been rolling out updates pertaining to the same. More recently, the game was made available for certain parts of the world. But, next week, the Shiba Eternity will be making its debut globally.

The SHIB network announced earlier today on Twitter that Download Day, an occasion planned for the release of Shiba Eternity, was being postponed. The game was initially scheduled to launch on October 1st. However, Download Day has now been moved to October 6th.

While most of them were okay with this delay, a few others expressed distress. Shiba Eternity has been in the works for quite some time now and was expected to launch in September itself. But, the network highlighted the cards and other aspects of the game. After garnering positive feedback from its testing phase, the Shiba Inu network was all set to launch the game.

A large number of people are predicted to participate in the Download Day, which is a widely anticipated event. Shiba Inu’s price is expected to briefly rise as a result. The network had a rally when Shiba Eternity first came out in Australia since the game contributed to the rise in demand.

At press time, SHIB witnessed no major fluctuations in its price and was trading at $0.00001116.

Shiba Inu developer to release plans ahead of Download Day

In a recent tweet, Shytoshi Kusama, the lead developer of the Shiba Inu network revealed that he would release a crucial update about the game. This would reportedly include details about how the game would aid in supporting the global Shiba Inu community.

In addition to this, the network intends to “make history” during Download Day. The Shiba Eternity Twitter account wrote,

“We are excited to make history, and broadcast the energy of the #ShibArmy to reach new heights in both the Apple App Store & Google Play Store!”
