Thanks to the ShibaSwap ecosystem, governance token Bone was going places. The token once again made noise after it landed a new listing on a prominent cryptocurrency exchange.

The crypto-verse entirely changed the meaning of memes. While memes on other platforms bring in laughter, meme-inspired coins in the crypto market open the doors to yields. The fervor around these meme coins has peaked and doesn’t seem to be depreciating anytime soon. Despite no major price changes in these assets, the popularity of Shiba Inu [SHIB], Dogecoin [DOGE], and even BabyDoge Coin, [BabyDoge] hasn’t declined.

The aforementioned assets have certainly paved for the emergence of several notable projects. ShibaSwap’s BONE seemed to be creating quite an uproar. A recent listing on MEXC, a Seychelles-based crypto platform revealed that Bone ShibaSwap was making it big.

Cryptocurrency exchange, MEXC made an announcement noting that ShibaSwap’s Bone was being listed in the Assessment Zone and open trading for the BONE/USDT trading pair. While deposits and withdrawals for the coin were open back on Monday itself, the trading is set to commence from 11 January post 12:00 [UTC].

Furthermore, at the time of writing, ShibaSwap’s BONE was trading at $0.826550 with no major fluctuations in its price. With a massive supply of 250 million tokens, the community speculates increased adoption of the asset.

SHIB has a major role to play in the token’s success. As 2021 came to an end, SHIB made an exciting announcement of BONE being used as gas in Shibarium. The network revealed that Shibarium layer-2 would employ BONE as the primary pair token. Giving in more information, the creator of Shiba Inu, Ryoshi in his Medium blog stated,

“But if you are a SHIBA or LEASH holder, don’t worry. Your Shiba holdings will be used to yield Bone at the launch.”
