The last couple of weeks have been incredibly harsh on the crypto-verse. With the failure of several projects coming to light, investors were left with significant losses. The bankruptcy filing of Three Arrows Capital [3AC] sent shock waves across the market. While 3AC descended, its lenders like Voyager, BlockFi, and others were also in trouble. Amidst all of this, the whereabouts of the founders of the firm Zhu Su and Kyle Davies were unknown. Now, weeks after going incognito, Zhu Su decided to break his silence on Twitter.
Addressed to an individual called Russel the Three Arrows Capital founder shared screenshots of two emails. Zhu Su is further seen accusing the platform’s liquidators of “baiting.”
The aforementioned seen emails were sent out by Christopher Anand Daniel of Advocatus Law who is Zhu Su’s legal counsel. The emails were reportedly sent to the legal team of the Three Arrows Capital liquidators.
Additionally, as per the email, Zhu Su’s legal counsel was accusing liquidators of baiting both the founders. All of this, while neglecting their efforts to work with them.
Zhu Su won’t be proceeding with today’s call
The whereabouts of the founders have been a topic of interest. The entire crypto-verse wondered where they were. In the meantime, rumors about them fleeing to Singapore took the front stage. Through the above tweet, Zhu’s legal counsel revealed that the co-founders received multiple threats of physical violence. In addition to this, they had to deal with multiple queries put forth by the Monetary Authority of Singapore [MAS].
Furthermore, the legal representatives of the Three Arrows’ liquidators time and again complained about Zhu and Davies not cooperating with them. Now, prolonging their fight against the liquidators, Zhu Su and Davies would refrain from proceeding with the call that was scheduled.
As of now, Zhu Su and his legal team await the response of the Three Arrows’ liquidators.
