According to a report by Bloomberg ETF analysts Eric Balchunas and James Seyffart, Litecoin (LTC) has the highest chance of ETF approval. According to a poll, the cryptocurrency has a 90% odds of having an ETF in 2025. The poll also notes that the SEC currently likely views LTC as a commodity. The SEC has also acknowledged 19b-4 applications for the asset.

2. Dogecoin (DOGE)

DOGE has the second highest chance of an ETF in 2025. According to the poll, the cryptocurrency has a 75% of approval. The asset is also likely viewed as a commodity. Despite the high odds, the SEC is yet to acknowledge a 19b-4 filing for the asset.

3. Solana (SOL)
