The development of the Cardano token (ADA) was influenced by the work of Gerolamo Cardano, an Italian polymath, and it was introduced to the market in 2017. Charles Hoskinson, the creator of Cardano, provided information regarding the Alonzo hard fork in August 2021.
In one of his recent tweets, ADA co-founder Charles Hoskinson shared his excitement about the successful completion of the CIP-1694 workshop that happened in Edinburgh. According to the details, over 1000 people attended the event, which encompassed over 50 workshops.

Hoskinson thanked the community for its active participation and also for its integration into the whole process.
Cardano trades in the green
The recent event definitely had a slightly positive impact on the price of ADA. According to CoinMarketCap data, ADA is trading at $0.2938, with a 3% gain in value over the last seven days. It is also up by around 70% in the last 24 hours.

However, Cardano has failed to breach the $0.3 support level. ADA is also down by over 90.5% since its all-time high of $3.10 on September 2, 2021.
