Rockstar Games released the much-awaited trailer of GTA 6 last week and crossed 120 million views on YouTube. The trailer of GTA 6 featured a parody of the infamous arrest of the self-proclaimed Florida Joker. However, the parody has not gone down well with the person in question as he is now threatening to sue Rockstar Games for $2 million in damages. While the Florida Joker’s hair is brown, the GTA 6 trailer reflected his hair as purple.

Nonetheless, he made a video after the trailer release indicating that he’s filing a lawsuit saying, “Y’all took my likeness. Y’all took my life. We gotta talk GTA, or not you guys give me like a million or two.”

In the latest update, the Florida Joker has now colored his hair purple to resemble the character shown in the GTA 6 trailer. He is now threatening to sue Rockstar Games for $2 million in damages for featuring his personality in the trailer.
“I’m giving you the biggest free marketing, and for that, I want an extra $1 million. You got three days before my lawyers go crazy. I got hard evidence,” he is seen saying in a new video.
GTA 6: Can Florida Joker Win The Lawsuit?
Lindsey Lohan and various other personalities had previously filed lawsuits against Rockstar Games for recreating their personalities. However, none of them could win the lawsuit as Rockstar Games is heavily lawyered up. They know exactly what they are doing and are prepared much in advance for legal consequences.

Therefore, Florida Joker threatening to exhort $2 million from Rockstar Games could prove to be a dud. The studio has not used his exact replica but changed several features, including hair color and tattoos to something different. In conclusion, the move might just be another publicity stunt to exhort millions from the studio.
