North Carolina Senate candidate Shannon Bray is all out for Shiba Inu. The Libertarian Party candidate is among the handful of politicians that have endorsed cryptocurrencies and want it to succeed. Bray has aggressively defended Shiba Inu and took on its naysayers by giving befitting replies on Twitter.

The Senate candidate gets his fair share of hate everyday for supporting cryptocurrencies. Even crypto investors speak ill about his choice for supporting SHIB and call it “shit coin” in the comments section.

Bray took on a user head on who said “No one cares about SHIB” and gave a befitting reply. The Libertarian candidate said that half the world cares about Shiba Inu and he deeply believes in his future.

“I care about SHIB; so does half the world. They just don’t know it yet. Hang in there,” tweeted Shannon Bray.

Also, when Shiba Inu dipped yesterday, Bray sent a tweet asking holders to remain strong. “Shib Army don’t worry about the market dips. The US is on holiday. Get ready for a December to Remember.”

Shannon Bray revealed that he’s planning to accept SHIB for his election campaigns. However, he is looking into the legal means with the Federal Election Committee (FEC).

The FEC had announced that political parties are allowed to accept limited amounts of cryptos to run their campaigns. However, they specifically mentioned accepting Bitcoin is legal but did not confirm if accepting altcoins are allowed, including SHIB. Hence Bray is running on ice here and is unable to come to a conclusion to accept SHIB as donations.

Shannon Bray Promised to Donate Shiba Inu to Homeless Veterans

The Senate candidate confirmed that he purchased 100 million Shiba Inu tokens on September 12, 2021. He revealed that he would donate the entire holdings to shelter homeless veterans when its value reaches above $.01. He also shared the wallet address as proof. Apart from holding Shiba Inu, Bray also holds Bitcoin and Ethereum worth $30,000.

“I have purchased 100 million $shib tokens and will donate the entire wallet to shelter our homeless veterans once the value is at or above $.01. It may never happen, but what if it does. Do you have a “what if” dream? $shib it. 0x365b83162d698b4de19BB30401ce954BC11AB1Bd,” he tweeted.

At the time of publishing, Shiba Inu was trading at $0.00003919 and is down -0.8% in the 24-hours day trade. The token reached an all time high of $0.00008616 on October 28 but has now dipped -54.5% from its ATH. Experts predict that SHIB’s bull run would begin again and investors need to buckle up in the coming months.
